In a family, it’s the little things that make it special. Those little nuances, the small details that you don’t even think of. Like when your mom used to tuck a little note of encouragement in your lunch box. Or when your dad met you for breakfast every weekend even after you moved out.
At Flex Tech, we believe in the power of the little things. That’s why we answer our phones on Saturdays and check in with our people at least once a week just to make sure things are going okay.
We also listen. From talking about career goals to discussing concerns they have about their current jobs to talking about life, we’re always willing to listen to an idea, share some advice or give our techs a chance to vent about concerns or issues they might have on the job site.
When we say we’re going to do something, we keep our word and we do it, keeping our people in the loop the whole time.
Plus, we take the time to get to know our techs and what they can do. That helps us match their experiences with the needs of our clients, providing them with the kind of service they need. We also use that knowledge to not only help them with their resume, but we’ll rewrite it for them, too.
And we always remember their birthday.
Why do we do all of this? Because we know the secret of our own success. We don’t provide our clients with a product. We provide them with our greatest asset, our people.
And we take care of our people because we are family.
