Job Description

Flex Tech is seeking Journeyman Electricians for commercial new construction and retrofit projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Our clients expect dependable, skilled electricians who can work independently, follow code requirements, and deliver professional results.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings

Perform conduit bending and installation (EMT, rigid, PVC as required)

Pull, terminate, and label electrical wiring

Install panels, breakers, lighting systems, and electrical devices

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective repairs

Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state codes

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious jobsite

Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades onsite
Required Qualifications

Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License

Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience

Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety standards

Experience working on commercial construction or retrofit projects

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required

Ability to work in tight or confined spaces and at heights

Physically capable of lifting materials and climbing ladders

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation to DFW-area jobsites

Ability to travel throughout the local market

Must pass a drug screen and background check

Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with service work and troubleshooting

Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects

Willingness to travel outside the DFW market (not required)
