About the General Superintendent Role

The General Superintendent provides strategic leadership for all field operations across multiple projects and regions. This executive-level position drives safety, manpower planning, productivity, quality, and operational excellence throughout the Electrical Division, ensuring consistent field execution standards on large-scale projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

General Superintendent Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all field operations across multiple projects.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
  • Direct Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, and Foremen.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, and Project Management leadership.
  • Ensure consistent field execution standards across all projects.
  • Drive productivity initiatives and labor performance.
  • Champion safety culture and workforce development.
  • Participate in strategic planning and operational leadership meetings.

General Superintendent Qualifications

  • 15+ years of commercial electrical construction field leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience on large-scale projects and multi-project oversight.
  • Strong leadership, workforce planning, and operational management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead large field organizations.
