We are looking for Unlicensed Fire Alarm Technicians for our clients who expect us to find reliable, hard-working, honest people with the desire to exceed expectations. If you are an experienced fire alarm technician, or if you are looking to gain this experience, we need to talk. The work is for both new construction and in existing commercial buildings.

Pay Rate

$20.00 – $28.00 DOE

Job Requirement

  • Must possess Fire Alarm installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA is required
  • Experience installing cable infrastructure, device terminations including horns, strobes, pull devices, duct detectors, smoke detectors, etc.
  • Ability to provide assistance in testing during inspections as well as provide assistance troubleshooting problems in the field
  • Must be LICENSABLE – meaning able and willing to pass the licensing requirements in the State of Texas which includes a criminal and ethical background check

Skill Required

  • 6 months to 3 years of installation / cabling experience
  • Willingness to work Days, Nights & Weekends as required
  • Willing to work in tight, confined areas
  • Ability to carry heavy loads as needed
  • Carry and climb ladders as needed
  • Maintain a safety conscious work environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be willing and able to drive anywhere in the local market to get to jobsites
  • Willingness to travel a big plus, but not required
