If you are an experienced audio-visual installer, or if you are looking to gain this experience, we need to talk. The work is for both new construction and existing commercial buildings.

— Job Responsibilities

Installers

• Hanging flat-screen televisions,
• Installing speakers
• Installing classroom or boardroom projectors and other low-end AV equipment.

Pros

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing and servicing various audio/visual products and devices
• Previous installation and service experience, including the following:
  • Mounting of flat-panel televisions and brackets
  • Mounting of loudspeakers and paging equipment
• Previous experience working with control systems, such as AMX, Crestron, Extron
• Ability to dump code into control systems and perform onsite tweaks and adjustments
• Working knowledge of teleconferencing systems such as Polycom and Tandberg
• Working knowledge of professional AV equipment such as ClearOne, QSC and Biamp
• Various AV connectors and terminations including soldering connectors and components
• Professional AV installation experience a must
• InfoComm, CTS-I/Crestron, DMC certification highly preferred
• Experience leading small crews of 3-6 technicians

• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends, as required
• Willing to work in tight, confined areas
• Ability to carry heavy loads as necessary
• Carry and climb ladders as needed
• Maintain a safety conscious work environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be willing and able to drive anywhere in the local market to get to jobsites
• Willingness to travel is a big plus but not required
